ARE THE FLOWERS REAL?

Yes, our flowers are real fresh cut blooms. They are carefully preserved to ensure they last for you.

WHAT ARE PRESERVED ROSES?

Let’s start with our sourcing, we source our roses from Ecuador and Colombia. This is where all the most beautiful quality roses are grown! The warm stable temperatures ensure the roses grow day and night. Once the flowers bloom to their best beauty, they are picked ensuring highest standard of quality and selection is maintained.

Using a special technique, the roses are preserved using non-toxic and non-allergenic products. When the preservation process is complete, the roses are dyed, giving them vibrant appearance! This process ensures all roses are guaranteed to last for a minimum of one year! With no water or maintenance required.

How long do the flowers last?

Using the special preserving process our arrangements will maintain their beautiful appearance much longer than other flower arrangements. When there is no direct sunlight, excessive heat or moisture. The flowers are guaranteed to last a minimum of 1 year. Many customers have enjoyed their roses for close to 3 years!

How do I care the flowers?

Do they have a fragrance?

They can, we have an amazing Rose scent Oil available to use on your arrangement

Do they need watering?

No, they are fully preserved

Can I take them out of the box?

All our rose boxes designed with roses to stay in the box. Trust us they are very comfy.

Are these flowers eco-friendly?

At My Lily Street we care for our environment. We use suppliers who conduct eco-friendly production practices both in the farms and factory. Water is recycled. Flowers can be recycled to make compost, or organic fertiliser. Harmless colorants commonly used in food or toy manufacturing are used. Our flowers are non-toxic, noncorrosive, non-carcinogenic, non-flammable, non- explosive and not chemically reactive and therefore they do not represent any risk for the human health nor to our precious environment.

Recycled and environmentally friendly packaging methods are used as much as we can and are evolving to ensure we do our best for our planet.

What If I changed my mind and want to cancel the order?

All our arrangements are made to order. Please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer refund or exchange on any My Lily Street Arrangements due to simple change of mind or failure to observe our shipping information.

Is the packaging safe to deliver my flowers?

Yes, we use a range of designer boxes to ensure your flowers are packed carefully to avoid any damage while shipping.

Where is My Lily Street Located?

Proudly South Australian. We can deliver within Australia or over the seas. Like our flowers we are not trapped in a shop but are happy for you to speak to us directly. Either email: sales @mylilystreet.com.au or 0497 932 068.

For Special events we open Pop Up stores in shopping centres. If you would like to pop in and say “Hi” subscribe to our socials or email us for next events and Pop ups.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship nationwide and across the seas. For more information on where we ship, check out our shipping policy.

Is same day delivery available?

Yes, Same day delivery is available for Adelaide customers only. Please place your order by 10am and select same day shipping at check out.

What are the shipping charges for delivery in Australia?

We will deliver your beautiful arrangement Australia wide. Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Your arrangements will be dispatched typically within 1 business day and arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. If you need flowers urgently, please select overnight shipping at check out.

What If I want my flowers sooner?

If you wish to receive your arrangement express, we can ship overnight (business days only) at a flat rate of $49.95 Australia wide.

What are the shipping charges for a international delivery?

We offer a delivery fee between $35-55 depends on where we are sending! Please allow average of 10 -15 days delivery with this service. Express service is available for $99.95. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery outside of Australia. Please be aware additional duties and taxes may apply, please check relevant department in the country we are sending to as we will not be held responsible for any additional delays or additional fees due.

Is it possible to get the flowers delivered on Specific day?

Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day and any other specific date delivery is only available for Adelaide Metro areas. Please ensure to check with us prior to the special day. We aim to get the flowers on your special day. Any interstate orders (Outside Of SA), please select overnight/specific day delivery option at check out to ensure your chances are higher as this is a premium service and it is more reliable.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We cannot guarantee weekend deliveries however we may be able to arrange to metro areas only if arranged in advance *extra charges may apply. Please note orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will not arrive until the following week.

Do you provide a tracking number for the flower delivery?

We are happy to provide you with tracking number as well as provide your mobile phone to the delivery team.

Please leave your details in the notes at check out with any special instructions and we will assist in any way that we can to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee a courier will call you on approach, however we can ask them nicely to do so if you request.

Can I have a refund if there is a delay in delivery?

Your arrangements will be dispatched typically within 1 business day and should arrive as per the standard shipping timeline. No refunds will be given for delays that are out of our control.
