Shipping policy NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

Your arrangements will be dispatched typically within 1 business day and arrive within 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

If you wish to receive your arrangement express, we offer overnight shipping (business days only) at a flat rate of $39.95 Australia wide. Same day delivery is available for Adelaide customers only, please place your order by 10am and select same day shipping.

My Lily Street is happy to provide you with tracking number as well as provide your mobile phone to the delivery team. Please leave your details in the notes at check out with any special instructions and we will assist in any way that we can to ensure a smooth delivery.

No weekend deliveries are available unless arranged in advance *extra charges may apply. Please note orders placed on Friday and over the weekend generally will arrive the following week.

SPECIFIC DAY DELIVERY

Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day and any other specific date delivery is only available for Adelaide Metro areas. Please ensure to make arrangements prior to the special day. Please note that we are not able to deliver Regional Areas / Nationwide / Worldwide orders on the exact day as there are certain external circumstances that may affect the arrival dates which is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer Delivery prices between $35.00- $50.00 to any country! Please allow average of 10 day delivery with this service. Express service is available for $99.95. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery outside of Australia.

Additional relevant duties and taxes may apply, please check relevant department in your country as we will not be held responsible for any additional delays or payments due. Please note no refunds will be given for delays out of our control.
